You get Ms. Remya Anil Menon, the founder of The Eleve Padma School of Excellence—a place where every child’s curiosity is celebrated, every smile matters, and learning feels like an adventure. After 18 years of teaching children from chubby toddlers to inquisitive teens, Ms. Menon has seen it all—lost crayons, endless “why” questions, and even the occasional magic trick from her students. But for the past seven years, her heart has belonged to the tiny tots. 

“Preschool is where the magic begins,” she says, “because this is where kids learn that school isn’t just about books; it’s about fun, friendship, and discovering their superpowers.” Ms. Menon believes early education is more than ABCs and 123s. It’s about giving children a place to explore, make mistakes, and grow. At Lumiere Padma, she’s on a mission to fix what many preschools miss: inclusivity and relevance. 

“Education isn’t a generic template,” she insists. “Every child is unique, and I don’t see ‘special needs’—I see special abilities!” Her school embraces all children, creating a learning experience that’s equal parts innovative and heartwarming. And yes, she’s inspired by Falguni Nayar of Nykaa fame. “If she can turn an idea into an empire with sheer willpower, why not build a school that changes the way we see early education?”
